Hydralogic AI / Software factory

Software factory

Build a repeatable system for delivering software.

We help your engineering team connect requirements, agents, review, and release into a software factory shaped around your codebase and operating model.

Software delivery

The system behind the software.

A collection of coding tools does not automatically become a delivery system. The work is in connecting requirements, repository knowledge, execution environments, and independent checks. We design and implement those connections with your team, starting at the point where work currently stalls.

WHAT THIS SERVICE COVERS

01

Capture the intent

Turn business requirements into a versioned specification with acceptance criteria, system context, and ownership.

02

Coordinate the engineering

Give agents scoped tasks and approved tools. Keep architecture decisions and consequential changes with your engineers.

03

Make quality visible

Connect tests, code review, and release evidence so each change can be evaluated before it reaches users.

ENGAGEMENT OUTPUTS

Something concrete
to build on.

↗Repository context and specification workflow

↗Agent execution and review integrations

↗Acceptance checks, release gates, and handover runbooks

The scope and deliverables are agreed for your engagement.

A PRACTICAL START

From an agreed task to a verifiable change.

Start with one repository and one recurring type of engineering task. Establish a baseline before expanding.

01

Define the work

Capture intent, affected components, constraints, and acceptance scenarios. Resolve ambiguous requirements before assigning implementation.

02

Prepare the environment

Connect approved repository context and tools. Set permissions, execution limits, and a reproducible environment for each task.

03

Build with evidence

Implement in a branch, run automated checks, and assemble a reviewable change. Engineers resolve architectural questions and approve exceptions.

04

Release and improve

Use your release process and ownership model. Review failed checks, rework, and production feedback to improve the next cycle.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Your questions,
answered.

Is this a self-service software platform?

This is an engineering engagement to build a software factory around your team. We scope the integrations, infrastructure, and operating practices with you; this website does not offer a hosted platform subscription.

Can we start with our existing tools?

Yes. Discovery starts with your repositories, issue tracking, CI, and deployment process. We assess the integrations and access requirements before agreeing the first workflow.

Who approves changes and releases?

Your team defines the approval policy. We design checkpoints around risk, with explicit owners for architecture, sensitive actions, and production releases.
